Work With Me

Not a menu of packages. A way of working with a founder-led business.

What I help with

Founder dependency. Operational bottlenecks. Revenue leakage. Manual work that still lives in someone's head, inbox, or thread. Process gaps with no owner and no finish line. Poor visibility — the kind where you have to keep asking because the operating picture is not clear.

The work covers operations, systems, process, revenue, and founder-level judgment. It is not limited to a single advisory label.

What an engagement can look like

It starts with what is actually happening. Not with a workshop that produces slides. Not with a process map that never hits the floor.

Some work is focused: a leak, a cycle, a handoff, a process that only works because one person stays in the thread. Some work is broader: the operating structure around the founder, the rhythm of the business, the visibility the leadership team does not currently have.

The shape follows the problem. That is intentional.

What founders can expect

Directness. A preference for the operating reality over the story the business tells about itself. Clarity on where work stalls, who owns it, and what still depends on you.

You should not expect a generic playbook, a set of service tiers, or a relationship that only works while I am in every message. The point is the opposite: the business should run with less of you in the middle of it.

Who the work is for

Founder-led businesses that have outgrown informal systems. Teams that are growing, and still waiting on one person. Operators who can feel the bottleneck and are done pretending it is a personality trait.

It is not a fit if you want a document and no one to sit inside the work. It is not a fit if the goal is a personal brand exercise. The work is operational.

What the relationship can become

Some relationships stay focused on a specific operating problem and end when the system holds. Some become a longer advisory partnership — a strategic operating perspective inside the business when the founder needs another experienced pair of eyes.

Selected longer advisory relationships may include an equity-aligned structure when the fit is clear. That is not a package, and it is not the default engagement.
