I'm Ganna. It's pronounced Jannah. She/her. If your brain went to “Gah-nah” first, you're in excellent company — it happens so often I should probably start charging a consulting fee for the correction.

I work where operations, process, people, and reality meet. That sentence is doing a lot of work. So do I.

What I actually do

I help founder-led businesses stop running every decision, exception, and “quick question” through one person. Usually that person is the founder. Sometimes it's the one person the founder trusts. Either way, the business has a bottleneck with a name, a calendar, and a phone that never really sleeps.

The work sits in operations, systems, process, revenue, and founder-level judgment. It is not a single job title, and it is not a template. It starts with what is actually happening — not with a framework that looks impressive in a deck and dies in a shared drive.

The background, without the résumé

6+ years. Hotel operations, revenue operations, U.S. cost segregation and tax operations, and fraud detection. Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

That is not four careers and a geography quiz. It is one operating lens applied in different rooms: how work moves, where money leaks, who owns the finish, and what still depends on someone answering their phone.

I am not exclusively a tax professional. Cost-segregation and tax operations are part of the mix. They are not the whole practice. If you need the chronological version, LinkedIn is very good at that. This site is the practice.

Why I work this way

Because a process document that nobody uses is not a process. It is interior design for Google Drive.

Because “just ask me” is a very expensive operating system. It feels fast. It does not scale. It also does not survive a vacation, a flight, or a Tuesday when the founder is in a meeting that actually matters.

Because growth that still routes through one person is not leverage. It is a more sophisticated trap: more volume, same bottleneck, nicer title on the door.

I like work that still works when I am not in the thread. That is not a personality quirk. That is the point.

If you're here

You're probably not looking for a personal brand. Good. Neither am I.

If the business is growing and you are still the system, we should talk. If you want a pretty strategy document and no one to argue with the floor, I'm probably not your person — and that's fine. There are plenty of those.
